Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Name, email, and phone information are collected during booking.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The subject of this agreement is to determine the conditions for providing the accommodation service purchased by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website.
3. Service Details
Service: Daily accommodation in Büyükada Accommodation: Prinkipo House (Terrace & Balcony Apartment or Veranda & Private Entrance Apartment) Address: Nizam Mahallesi, Büyükada, Adalar / Istanbul, Turkey Accommodation dates and apartment details are determined during booking and specified in the confirmation email.
4. Service Fee
The service fee is determined based on the selected accommodation dates and apartment. The price includes the cleaning fee. All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT.
5. Payment Method
Payment is made via credit card or debit card through a secure payment infrastructure. Card information is not stored by the Seller; all payment transactions are processed by the payment service provider in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation
Accommodation services are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 15/ğ of Law No. 6502, as they are services that must be performed on a specific date. However, Prinkipo House applies the following goodwill refund policy: • Cancellation 14+ days before check-in: 100% refund • Cancellation 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund • Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: No refund
7. Obligations of the Parties
The Seller is obligated to provide the service in accordance with the specifications stated in this agreement. The Buyer is obligated to comply with the house rules and take care of the property during the stay. Additional charges may apply in case of extraordinary damage or mess.
8. Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement. The consumer has the right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
9. Effective Date
By completing the reservation, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement becomes effective upon payment confirmation.
