Delivery & Refund Policy

1. Service Description

Prinkipo House provides accommodation services in Büyükada. This service does not involve physical product delivery. The purchased service is the right to stay for the specified dates.

2. Booking Confirmation

Upon completion of payment, a booking confirmation will be sent to the guest's email address. The confirmation email includes accommodation dates, address details, and check-in instructions.

3. Cancellation & Refund Conditions

The following refund policy applies in case of booking cancellation: • Cancellation 14 or more days before check-in: 100% refund. • Cancellation 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund. • Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed through the original payment method (credit card or debit card). Refund processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
